The product

What does Sourcing Management do? It runs a sourcing agency that buys from factories for its clients: client requests, factory profiles, quotes, your margin under commission, markup or rebate, and a portal where your clients follow everything. See Getting Started.

How is it different from a regular ERP? A regular ERP gives you accounting and stock and leaves the sourcing work to spreadsheets and chat. This product is built around a sourcing agent's day, with a full open-source ERP underneath for invoices, payments and stock. See Sourcing Workflow.

Who makes it? PHNX, a software company in Hong Kong. Sourcing Management is the second product PHNX builds and runs, after TravelGo.

What works today and what is coming? Available today: client requests and the client portal, factory profiles with import, the three business models, your brand, and invoicing in any currency. Coming November 2026: requests for quotation, quote comparison, the costing sheet, client quotations and orders, and the PI and PO documents. Coming 2027: quality control with photos, shipment tracking, commercial invoice and packing list, SABER and ACI checklists, and margin and supplier reports.

Trying and buying

Can I try it before buying? Yes. Start Demo gives you your own demo company for 24 hours, with sample clients, factories and requests and three logins: Admin, Manager and Client. No sign-up, no card.

What happens after the demo? The demo company is removed after 24 hours. When you want your own site, leave your details: we set up your company and help you bring in your data.

How much does it cost? Prices are announced in November 2026: one fixed monthly price, agreed in writing, with no per-user fees. Leave your details to get them first.

Is there a contract or lock-in? No lock-in. The product is open source, the source code is yours to keep, and your data can be exported at any time.

Your clients

Can I hide my suppliers from my clients? Yes. Factory names, factory prices, your target price and the agent in charge are internal, and a client only sees its own records. See Client Portal Guide.

How do my clients sign in? You add their buyers as portal users; each gets an email to choose a password and signs in on your site.

Security and data

Is my data secure? Each customer gets its own site and its own database, never shared with another company. Every page is served over HTTPS, and only the named PHNX people who look after your account can reach your data. We sign an NDA before any data exchange when you ask.

Who owns my data? You do. Export it to Excel or CSV whenever you like.

How do I bring in my existing data? From spreadsheets. See Import Data.

Brand and documents

Can I use my own brand and domain? Your logo, colours and favicon work today. Tell us the domain you want when we set up your account. See White-Label.

What documents can it make? Invoices and payments today; PI, factory PO, service-fee invoice and rebate note from November 2026; commercial invoice, packing list and SABER and ACI checklists in 2027. See Document Generation.

Which languages and currencies? English and US dollars for sourcing prices today, with invoices in any currency. Arabic comes later.
